The Company Directors are all active participants in the running of the Pools. Directors rotate through the individual portfolios ensuring no one director has sole management of an individual Pool.
The Company manages each groups Pool in accordance with the terms of their Constitution for a fee based on a charge per member.
The Company sought the assistance, guidance and rulings of the Tax Office, NSW Fair Trading and A.S.I.C. in the development of our Mission Statement.
